About returns, cancellations and commitments

Regarding services plans:
All of our service plans carry a month-to-month commitment. This includes plans purchased on our annual pre-pay discount. You can cancel your chosen service plan at any time. This typically does not require our intervention, but we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or issues. You can manage your account online through the "My Account" tab on www.SmartSignServices.com.

We can refund your money for any unused full months of service. If you cancel your service within the initial 14-day grace period, then you will not be charged.

Pausing your service:
If you find that you want to put your service on "hold," for example if your store will be undergoing a remodel that is also okay. In this case we will need you to contact us so that we can assist.

Changing your service plan:
You may find that you want to change to a different plan than you started on. This is not a problem, both in terms of upgrades and downgrades. Simply reach out to us and we will help you get transferred to your preferred plan or maybe we will be able to help you get more out of the plan that you are already on!

Regarding SmartSign2go products:
Hardware purchased on www.SmartSign2go.com  carries a 30-day return policy. The product must be in new, unopened condition for a full refund. Please contact us for a Return Authorization either by phone or e-mail.
